Since 1980, Doug has worked in the reprographic industry in Vancouver. Starting at the bottom as a delivery driver, Doug soon moved into the production side of the business then to inside sales and customer service. It wasn’t long before he made the big move into a sales territory, where Doug’s understanding of the production process, coupled with his competitive nature and ability to earn the trust of his clients, has allowed him to maintain customers for decades. After working for 18 years in the industry, Doug’s dream was realized when Resolution Reprographics was founded in 1998.

Our service manager Henning Uslar, with over 40 years servicing experience was originally trained in Europe. Henning has the knowledge and skill in maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment, such as KIP, Xerox, Oce, Meteor Siegen, Bruning and printing presses, including folders and other finishing products. He has successfully completed numerous manufacturers training courses on all of the above equipment. Henning prides himself with keeping the equipment to factory specifications. His policy, and ours, is to only use OEM (manufacturers original) parts and to perform quality preventative maintenance.

Peter has been involved in the reprographics industry for more than 30 years. He has held various positions in both direct sales and sales management. Peter came to Resolution Reprographics in 2002 because he felt that the company philosophy of “customer first” best reflected his own. His passion has always been to do the best job he can for his customers, earning their business for the long term.
